We are seeking a passionate and dedicated leader who can take up the role of the Head of Regeneration and Planning.
As one of the largest local authorities in Wales we pride ourselves on our successful regeneration and planning service and we have a long rich history of largescale project delivery.
The exciting role will have responsibility for a range of services;
The role requires a commitment to fostering relationships and developing strategic partnerships between the Council, local communities and stakeholders for Regeneration and Planning, providing appropriate operational support in collaboration, in order to achieve shared outcomes that contribute to delivery of the Council’s objectives in the Corporate Plan.
The diverse portfolio offers an opportunity to shape how the county borough looks and operates both now and in the future.
