The role of a Social Care Worker is to deliver care, support and guidance in line with agreed Care Plans. You will be required to deliver all aspects of personal care and ensure the person’s privacy, dignity, respect, choices, independence and self-esteem are maintained at all times.
This rewarding role offers the opportunity to support individuals in a person-centred way to promote their independence, encouraging them to express their views and participate in relevant decision making about the support and service they require.
The role also involves supporting some individuals with mobility needs in accordance with their safer handling plan.
