Working hours: 25-30 Hours plus Relief WorkersContract Type: Permanent/Part Time/ReliefLocation: Brodawel Extended HouseThis is an exciting opportunity to join Team Caerphilly and provide support across the wider Supported Living Scheme.We pay an attractive salary of £16,414 – £21,064 and offer access to training and development opportunities.Caerphilly Supported Living Scheme are looking for Female Social Care Workers to support Adults with a Learning Disability. We are committed to delivering a high quality service to individuals and continuously aim to improve the experience for those receiving care and support.
These key roles will require the successful applicants to build positive working relationships with other team members. Communicate ideas with genuine passion, commitment and flexibility that will enhance team performance in our Supported Living Service.
The successful applicants will need to have experience of working in a care setting, be able to adopt a motivated, committed, and flexible approach to duties, this involves regular weekend working, sleepovers and Bank Holidays. Also, experience with clients that require support and assistance with all aspects of daily life, personal care, and social skills is essential.
The successful applicants must be in receipt of or be committed to achieving a relevant qualification Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, within 1 year of appointment (subject to availability of training).
