The postholder will provide help and guidance and deliver all aspects of personal care as needed whilst ensuring the individuals privacy, dignity, respect, choices, independence and self esteem are maintained at all times. You will also assist in the risk management of individuals by adhering to Risk Assessments and Management Plans in conjunction with the policies and procedures of Caerphilly County Borough Council.
