Duties will include providing help and guidance and deliver all aspects of personal care as needed by tenants/individuals/residents, ensuring the individuals privacy, dignity, respect, choices, independence and self esteem are maintained at all times. You will also provide support with daily living tasks, accessing the community, holidays, supporting people to live their best life.
The postholder will assist in the risk management of individuals by adhering to Risk Assessments and Management Plans in conjunction with the policies and procedures of Caerphilly County Borough Council.
