Castle View Residential Home is looking for a Night Care Assistant to work 3 nights per week on a rolling working pattern over any 7 days per week to provide personal care, emotional and practical support to older people living with a dementia within an environment that provides a homely atmosphere ensuring the rights, independence and well-being of people is supported and maintained.
You must have knowledge of the principles that underpin quality care e.g. dignity and choice. You must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, possess clear understanding of the sensitive and confidential nature of the post and be courteous and responsive to the needs of individuals.
